How to Access our Services Currently

Our services are important to you and the community. We have in-office appointments available as well as appointments by phone or video conferencing.

For our in-office appointments we will conduct a health screen before clients may enter our offices. All clients are required to wear a mask and to minimize the number of people in offices we ask that you not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment and that you not bring guests who would remain in the waiting room. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout our facility as well.

Please call us at 605-225-1010 to schedule an appointment and let us know what type of appointment is most comfortable for you.

Your health and wellbeing are important to us, regardless of your ability to pay. If your cell phone minutes are limited or you need financial assistance, we will work with you to ensure you get access to our services. Please call us with any questions or concerns.

Tips to Improve Your Mental Health

While our counselors are an invaluable resource during these unfamiliar times, there are a number of ways you can improve mental wellness:

  • Talk to someone you trust about your feelings
  •  Maintain a schedule or routine as much as possible
  • Take breaks from media exposure about the crisis
  • Eat right and get some exercise
  • Reach out to loved ones by phone or other technology
  • Go for a walk or participate in other outdoor activities
  • Enjoy a fun family activity

How Video Conferencing Works

We’ll use Zoom to conduct appointments via video conference. Your mental healthcare professional will email you with the details needed to join a Zoom meeting. Watch this short video to get familiar with the technology. You will need to download software but will be provided the link to do so in your email.
