As part of Community Based Programs, NEMHC provides services to children diagnosed with Autism and Autistic Spectrum disorders. These services include providing assessment and treatment for the identified client, support and family counseling and crisis intervention. Additionally, education is provided for the family and other involved parties regarding the disorder and treatment options. NEMHC also provides outreach to day care providers, schools and other treatment team members and agencies.
