Employee Assistance Program

Northeastern Mental Health Center works with local Businesses so that they may offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Program for their employees. An EAP is a program to assist employees who have personal problems, which are affecting or may affect job performance.

NEMHC provides assessment, referral and short term counseling services for the employee. Employees may be self-referred or referred by their employer according to the employers EAP policy.

Interested Business Owners/mangers should contact the Northeastern Mental Health Center, CFO at 225-1010 extension 105 for more information about setting up an Employee Assistance Program.
